I have a cookbook for the HCG diet. This is my second favorite recipe. It's the hubsters favorite one. I make these recipes for the entire family and the hubster really likes the recipes from this cookbook. It's so slammed full of flavor and spices that you would have no idea that it's low calorie/fat.
So, it's chicken tacos. Instead of a processed taco shell that's has a shelf life of 56 years you use lettuce as the shell. We love using butter lettuce. Don't cook the chicken in oil. Use a little water or chicken stock. There really isn't much of a step by step instruction or specific ingredients. So, cook the chicken and dice into cubes. Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion. Add Cheyenne pepper, salt, cumin, garlic, oregano and I LOVE cilantro so I add a lot of it. Tada, wrap it in a lettuce shell and enjoy a tasty guilt-free taco.
